We don't try to apply a 'one size fits all' approach to cleaning. Every client and every property is different so we provide guidance to our cleaners but allow the flexibility to provide a custom service on each and every clean.


Most clients choose to have a regular cleaner to come to their home at regular times each week or fortnight. We have a fantastic team of cleaners who are matched to our clients according to their bespoke needs. All of our cleaners are experienced, personally interviewed and of course reference and fidelity checked.

General clean of living areas includes: Vacuuming and mopping of floors. Dusting of furniture and surfaces. Dusting and wiping of electronics, picture frames, light switches and other fixtures. Emptying of bins.

General clean of kitchen includes: Washing and wiping down all surfaces, sinks and appliances. Cleaning cupboard doors and outside of fridge. Washing dishes, emptying bins and mopping floors.

General clean of bathroom includes: Toilet cleaning and disinfection. Wiping of counters, taps, mirrors, cabinets and walls. Folding clean towels. Cleaning and removing limescale on baths, showers and sinks. Emptying bins and mopping floors.

General clean of bedrooms includes: Dusting of furniture and surfaces. Stripping and making bed. Vacuuming and mopping floors. Folding and hanging clothes in wardrobes and drawers. Emptying bins.

Additional tasks: You may wish to add extra tasks to your requirements either regularly or occasionally. These may include laundry and ironing, cleaning of the inside of the fridge or oven or a thorough clean of interior walls. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to short-let cleaning. We clean hundreds of short-let properties every day ensuring that your guests arrive and check in to a spotless property.

Our cleaners will arrive after your guests have left and ensure that the AirBnB experience is fully reset in time for your next guests checking in. We pay particular attention to kitchens and bathrooms ensuring that all surfaces and fixtures are left shining. We will strip and remake the beds to a hotel standard and ensure that the property is staged to give it that initial ‘WOW’ factor.

We are often able to supply premium quality high thread-count linen and soft 100% cotton fluffy towels. The cleaner is able to take them with them to the property and remove the dirty linen at the end of the clean. We are also often able to supply toiletries and consumables to ensure that your guest has everything they need for their stay.

You will be allocated with a dedicated account manager. We try to take care of everything so that as the host or property manager you can concentrate on getting the bookings and dealing with guest communications without the worry of cleaning and linen.
