We seamlessly sync your rental calendar with our platform, enabling automatic import of bookings and the generation of cleaning schedules aligned with guest check-out dates. We handle the organization of cleaners, linen orders, delivery of linen, detergents, and guest supplies to ensure a smooth operation.

For efficient communication, our client chat feature is ideal for quick updates. We’ll only reach out directly if there are specific issues, such as late guest check-outs, items left behind, damage reports, or any queries you may have.

Our platform is designed to be user-friendly for both property owners and cleaners. It is also available as a mobile app, featuring a dedicated housekeeping section. Cleaners can access job details such as property access information, scheduled times, expected cleaning durations, a picture upload feature, and a space for reporting issues.

Easily access and view all the properties you manage with us through our platform.

View Your Bookings

Log in to your owner portal to ensure all your bookings are synchronized with our system. If you have a private booking, you can conveniently import it yourself, and a new check-out cleaning will be automatically scheduled.

View Cleaner Reports

After our cleaners complete their work, they upload pictures of the property as part of our quality assurance process. This allows you to review the cleaning results and stay informed.

View Reported Issues/Damages

Any issues or damages identified by our cleaners will be promptly reported to us and documented in our app with detailed notes, including uploaded pictures or videos for your reference.

How much do you charge?
After you have given us the required information about your property we will give you a quote catered to your property and your requirements.
How will I know if a clean is complete?
We will inform you that your clean is complete. You can also check on your owner portal.
How will we schedule cleans?
Our system auto generates check out cleans so we will be able to mirror your booking system.
Will my clean be done before my guest arrives?
Our cleans are booked in after guest check out.
Can I have a clean when I have a same day arrival?
Yes our system will highlight your clean as a priority to be cleaned before guest arrival.
Do you charge extra over bank holidays?
Cleaners are paid extra on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. This will always be confirmed with you beforehand.
Are you open over bank holidays?
We are open every day of the year with the exception of Christmas Day.
